Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation: Assist the team in planning and writing social media content for platforms such as Xiaohongshu and WeChat, producing images, text, and short videos that align with brand positioning and marketing strategies.
Account Management Support: Participate in the daily operation of accounts on platforms like Xiaohongshu and WeChat Video Accounts, including content publishing, user interaction management, and responding to comments and messages.
KOL/KOC Management: Assist the team in selecting, communicating with, and collaborating with KOLs, tracking cooperation outcomes, and organising and analysing data.
Data Analysis: Support the team in collecting and analysing operational data from social media accounts to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and help optimise strategies.
Market Research: Assist in market research, keeping up with the latest trends in both Chinese and overseas social media platforms, and providing clients with up-to-date market insights and recommendations.
Advertising Support: Participate in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, supporting the creation of ad materials, budget management, and tracking advertising effectiveness.

Project Management Support: Assist in the execution of KOL/KOC projects, participate in developing advertising plans, selecting KOLs, signing contracts, and tracking collaborations to ensure projects proceed as planned.

Create content that connects with trending topics and current events.

Produce, iterate, and update various external materials for the company.

Track and analyse data from new media platforms, regularly generating operational reports to inform adjustments to operational strategies.

Maintain close communication with clients to understand their needs, modify and optimise content, and ensure final deliveries meet client expectations.
